    Detail Sales Representative

    Objective: The promotion of Ethicare vaccines within a certain geographical area to Private Health Care Practitioners.
    Key Responsibilities:

    •  To effectively manage the North Gauteng suburbs and surrounding areas.
    •  Detail Aspen vaccines to HCPs in the Baby Immunisation, Travel Vaccination and Occupational Health clinics.
    •  Follow-up with targeted HCPs, gather feedback on their experience with Aspen vaccines and provide them with an ongoing customer support to ensure effective choice and use of Aspen vaccines in their clinics.
    •  Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
    •  Analyse and track sales data to achieve or exceed sales budgets.
    •  Preparing month end report to RSM.
    •  Adherence to business rules i.e. call rates standard, call logging etc.
    •  Full coverage of Private Hospitals, Pharmacies, Paediatricians, Clinic Sisters, GPs and other related HCPs.
    •  Monitor competitor’s activities and product usage by HCPs to improve Aspen vaccines sales performance.
    •  Provide feedback to sales management on customer requests and product access.
    •  Attending regular sales meetings, general meetings, cycle meetings and HCP congresses/ meetings.
    •  Organising and arranging training to HCPs.
    •  Keeping up to date with new developments in the field of vaccinology

    Education & Experience:

    •  Matric and Suitable tertiary Health Sciences qualification i.e. B Cur, B Pharm or any related will be a requirement
    •  Minimum 3 years Detail Representative Experience
    •  Must have a valid driver’s license
    •  Previous experience in Vaccines sales will be an advantage
