    Dialler Manager

    What will you do?

    • This is a junior management position that reports directly to Head: Sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor and manage the dialler function/capability in the call centre to ensure the dialler runs/campaigns operate at an optimal rate to maximise contact.  

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Set up, preparation and training of new agents to dial
    • Monitor and manage dialler functioning and correct problems/errors 
    • Create new campaign on platform and load leads
    • Manage CLI and TruCaller apps
    • Generate and submit reports
    • Stakeholder management 
    • Ad hoc people management 

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Qualification & experience:

    • Grade 12 
    • Previous sales management experience in a direct call centre.  
    • Experience working with dialler systems and technology

    Knowledge and skills: 

    IT:

    • MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
    • Ntinga/ Vici dialer (or other similar systems)
    • MWS
    • Share drive

    Business:

    • Financial services industry knowledge (basic)
    • Product knowledge (MWL)~ basic
    • MWL business and operating model 
    • Relevant compliance regulations (i.e.: FICA, POPIA etc)
    • MWL systems and processes 
    • Direct sales rules, governances and technical requirements
    • Coaching/training processes
    • People management
    • MIS and reporting

    Qualification and Experience

    • Degree or Diploma with 4 to 6 years related experience.
