Digital Analyst at Clicks Group

Purpose:

• Lead the analytics function of the growing digital channels
• Track, monitor and report on all digital channels for the business
• Build Omni business cases
• Interpret data and supply insights to enhance and develop the strategy and growth behind digital channels

Job Objectives:

• Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and digital channels
• Drive growth in sales through analysis and insights
• Build targets for digital channels
• Continuously improve metrics consistency, accuracy, performance and reporting capabilities
• Deliver insights to make data-drive decisions and improvements to identify opportunities
• Performance reporting of the business digital assets to paid package suppliers
• Oversee Customers Reviews on the website
• Improve customer experience through funnel analysis, better delivery and shortened lead times
• Separate reporting for different digital channels (web and mobi)

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Degree/Relevant Qualification
• 3-5 Relevant Experience

KPIs:

• Supplier Reporting
• Reporting and Scorecards delivered accurately and on time
• Grow sales
• Increase online reviews
• Improve the drop off rate
• Improve delivery and shorten lead times
