    Digital Brand Manager

    Main Purpose of Job:

    • The Digital Brand Manager oversees all digital marketing and media activities for SACAP Global, including managing paid campaigns (Google and Meta), organic social media, blog content, and CRM communications.
    • She collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation across the website and LMS, optimising for SEO and GEO using tools like WordPress, WooCommerce, and Google Analytics.
    • She drives customer experience improvements through strategic updates based on user feedback, leads monthly and board-level reporting to track KPIs and revenue goals, and conducts market research to identify trends in online education.
    • Additionally, she manages creative development, product launches, and marketing events, ensuring high-quality content and brand consistency, while also handling the division’s annual budget and invoice processes to maintain financial accuracy.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree/Diploma in marketing and brand management, or similar.
    • Experience working in higher education.
    • Experience working collaboratively with team members in the marketing department.
    • Able to use reporting, analysis, research and data to guide marketing-related decisions.
    • Able to problem-solve and embrace change (pivot when priorities shift or challenges arise).
    • Strong administration and organisation skills.
    • Technical confidence and familiarity with marketing platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRM tools.
    • Able to use reporting, research and data to guide marketing-related decisions.
    • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally.
    • Coding and HTML experience.
