Digital Delivery Modeler (Structures and Bridges) at Surbana Jurong Private Limited

Key Responsibilities :             

• Ensure adherence to supervisor's guidelines for project documentation.
• Generate efficient and high-quality models, drawings, and documentation.
• Meet project deadlines as per schedule.
• Utilize relevant office systems for assigned tasks.
• Uphold technical standards and quality procedures for all projects.
• Take accountability for individual work.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities as required.
• Provide training to junior staff members.
• Prepare and issue Issue Slips.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other offices as necessary.
• Assist in quantity measurements.
• Support Senior Modelers and Engineers in research and innovation efforts.
• Collaborate directly with Engineers as needed.
• Compile discipline-specific detailing as per project requirements.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• National Diploma (Civil Engineering or equivalent)
• Experience working on major building projects
• Minimum 5 years structural draughting experience in concrete and structural steel
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software
• REVIT Structures proficiency
• Reinforcement Detailing experience
• BIM360 experience
• Understand the use and importance of standards in the application of software tools
