Job Description

• A dynamic digital agency is looking for an experienced Digital Designer (Tech-Led) with strong UX/UI skills and a robust design portfolio to create exceptional digital experiences at the intersection of design, technology, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of design projects from concept through to execution.
• Create website designs and digital experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality.
• Collaborate closely with developers and design with technical constraints in mind.
• Create developer-friendly designs and maintain structured design systems in Figma.
• Design assets for email marketing, automation journeys, paid media, and social media.
• Engage with clients, lead design discussions, and present concepts.
• Translate business objectives into creative solutions and manage stakeholder feedback.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles.
• Exceptional skills in visual design, typography, layout, and branding.
• Experience collaborating directly with developers.
• Experience designing for Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
