Job Overview:

• Our client, a digital signage and display company based in Centurion, is looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join their design team. You will create eye-catching static and animated content for digital screens, as well as print and social media, for a wide range of clients.
• This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or junior designer with strong creative ability who wants to grow in motion graphics and digital design. Your portfolio matters more to us than years of experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects (essential)
• A strong portfolio showing creativity, layout, typography and colour skills
• Able to follow client briefs and brand guidelines accurately
• Good attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
• Open to feedback and able to work well in a team
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Willing to do occasional standby or after-hours wor

Advantageous

• Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign and Audition
• Blender or other 3D / motion software
• DaVinci Resolve

Key Responsibilities

• Design static and animated content for digital screens, print and social media
• Follow client briefs, brand guidelines and company design standards
• Prepare proofs and mock-ups, and make revisions based on feedback
• Make sure all content is accurate and ready for publishing on screens
• Manage design files, assets and job tickets
• Communicate professionally with clients and the internal team
• Contribute creative ideas to the wider design team
