    Digital Marketing Planner - Temporary Role

    Job Details

    • Candidates should be available to start a contract immediately.
    • Responsible for managing Digital Brochure development & tracking for Justine.
    • Works closely with key stakeholders to develop & plan key offers to drive digital brochure revenue in-line with Ecommerce target.

    Areas of Responsibility:
    Upfront Planning of the IM Brochure Plan and Briefing of the Digital IM Brochures for Justine

    • Lead the creation & maintenance of the Digital Brochure Energy Plan for the year, by ensuring all plans are plotted out per Campaign by working closely with Store & Campaign
    • Ensure key Seasonal IM Brochures are planned in-line with retail market environment to ensure Justine capitalise on seasonality and ensure space in Demo Guides are secured to communicate events
    • Ensure all Stakeholders are aware of the signed of plan and briefed on time
    • Create and Brief the “Creative Briefs” for Multi-Category IM Brochures look, feel, & themes on-time and provide feedback once concepts are rolled out
    • Ensure concepts are signed of in advance for Pre-Planned and Trend Reactive IM Brochures.

    Maintaining of Schedule adherence of IM Brochure for Justine

    • Maintain and drive schedule with all relevant stakeholders to ensure IM Brochures are briefed, designed and executed on time to ensure IM Brochure goes live as per plan
    • Attend Weekly Scheduling meeting for Justine & derive clear actions for Justine if necessary
    • Assist in creating Mitigation Plans when Schedule running behind or Trending IM not delivering according to plan

    Planning & Creation of monthly Digital Brochures for Justine

    Pre-Planned IM Brochures

    • Allocate/Create Subsections in MAPS to ensure Pagination on Planned IM Brochure are created for Categories to load proposed offers.
    • Ensure FLL are loaded and paginated after Quarterly Planning session according to plan, by ensuring no-unallocated offers, error free and support the overall theme of the Brochure
    • Guide store in terms of offer planning to ensure Plan are strong enough to drive YOY growth and are delivering 3% to total Campaign
    • Review numbers at each Number Stage reviews and work closely with Campaign Planners, Store planners & Excess Planners to identify key offers to ensure all Financial KPI’s are met
    • Ensure all offers are planned & loaded into MAPS timeously
    • Ensure IM offers are communicated to Item Data and are set up in advance & tested ahead of go live
    • Ensure offer codes are updated and ready before go live
    • Provide the Digital team with the updated FLL, Offer Codes and Pagination for them to roll out IM as per Creative direction

    Trend Reactive IM Brochure

    • Manage trend reactive IM offer planning session
    • Send CASO’s out to Store/Excess team after Bias File is received each month, check proposed offers, get it estimated, check stock & ensure it meets all the Financial KPI’s and get it signed of by all relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure all feedback from stakeholders taken into consideration and once approved ensure Store load all offers as per stipulated CASO into MAPS
    • Provide the Digital team with the updated FLL + Offer Codes and Pagination for them to roll out IM as per Creative direction approved before
    • Provide FLL to Billing and DC to ensure Items are set up and allocated on Picking line

    Check & Maintain accuracy across Digital Brochures for Justine

    • Proof check, Core Brochure, Pre- Planned and Trend Reactive PDFs & ensure FLL matches the IM Brochure
    • Circulate proof checks with campaign & category where necessary to ensure they have signed off on Correct Products.
    • Create IM Brochure FLL suitable for online upload to ensure all Product Descriptions & Offer Descriptions are consumer Friendly with the correct pages and allocate page numbers to match PDF.
    • Conduct a Add to cart Test to ensure all information has pulled in correctly and bills right
    • Ensure offer codes are all updated and correct
    • Send to Campaign Manager for Final Check
    • When IM Brochure offers uploaded to MJS to support seasonal events ensure FLL is in correct format to support MJS

    Additional tasks for Justine

    • Prepare communication for GI3 with store input & circulate designs for approval before Campaign goes live as well as ensuring system setup in advance of release
    • Send the Monthly Campaign FLL (MJS compatible) to Web Specialist by working with the Campaign Planner to ensure no errors are evident on FLL
    • Create & maintain FSC database for IM brochures & MJS & ensuring all FSCs are consumer friendly
    • Ensure any additional requirements from My Justine Store are communicated to Category and ensuring it is set up
    • Availability for ad hoc work provided by Digital Field Specialist & Campaign Manager (scheduling of meetings)

    Requirements:

    • Completed Marketing Degree
    • 3+ years’ experience in offer planning and co-ordination
    • Excel experience required
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact productively with all levels of professional staff
    • Ability to work in a cross functional team.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
    • Knowledge of website standards and best practices
    • Able to manage projects to deliver on objectives within timeline and process.
    • Excellent verbal communications skills
    • English – fluent
    • Collecting from a lot of sources, Proposing new solution to various stakeholders
    • Knowledge about beauty industry is a plus
