Job Objectives    

• Build and manage market-specific product information
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to support project initiatives that meet the strategy and objectives of eCommerce. (First point of contact)
• Acquire and maintain full active product list by market
• Build/Gather/Manage product specifications and validation
• Maintain product documentation for validated attributes
• Enter and maintain accurate information in product management information (PIM) system
• Maintain accurate product database (approve/unapprove/reconcile)
• Manage image inventory and coordinate with stakeholders for current imaging
• Document work instructions
• Obtain legal approvals as necessary in market
• Develop expertise about the eCommerce platforms
• Understand company business and contribute to strategy discussions

Qualifications    

• Bachelor's Degree

Experience    

• 3-5 years experience managing digital content
• Catalog management, product information management, eCommerce expertise
• Proven track record in excellent content creation, editing, proofreading
• Experience in digital retail industry a plus

Knowledge and Skills    

• Basic HTML skills (inline styles; copy & manipulate existing HTML)
• Knowledge of B2C, B2B and B2B2C eCommerce and Omnichannel models a plus
• Catalog management (preferred: SAP Commerce)
• eCommerce platform (preferred: SAP Commerce)
• Product information management (preferred: SAP Commerce)
