Our client in the Public Sector, located in Tshwane, has an EE opportunity available for a Director of the Individuals Segment for Wealthy and Complex Taxpayers.

Requirements:

• Relevant Master’s or Honours (Preferred) / Postgraduate Diploma (NQF 8) AND
• 12-15 years' experience of which 4-6 years at ideally a senior management level preferably in a banking, financial or similar environment with profit and loss accountability , including extensive knowledge in tax structuring OR
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) AND 15 - 18 years related experience

KPAs:

• Implements the annual Compliance Program into annual Operational Plan for a defined segment
• Tax base broadening to ensure all eligible taxpayers within the Wealthy & Complex Segment are registered
• Prepares Wealthy & Complex Segment Resource Plan
• Account for all taxes due from Intermediaries: Employers, Traders, including Provisional Taxes for the defined segment
• Collection of additional taxes raised through compliance activities
