Director Operations Maintenance

You are responsible for driving the organizational overall Maintenance operations, to secureour organization's future growth, profitability and competitiveness through the implementation of maintenance best practices. You’ll be responsible for delivering thoroughly defined maintenance standards, measures, methods while balancing short/medium term with long term needs according to available resource profiles and company demands/priorities.

What You Will Do

• Define and maintain the maintenance knowledge base, standards, measures, methods and benchmarks.
• Lead the maintenance strategy for operations
• Lead and coach the maintenance operations community in order to meet/ exceed current and future business demands
• Develop new knowledge via collaboration and key technical initiatives
• Direct increasing maintenance operations effectiveness and capabilities
• Provide leadership in Maintenance operations and technical know-how
• Lead the evaluation and development of new technology/processes/techniques within his/her area of specialization/accountability.
• Lead development and application of functional operational strategies for maintenance operations
• Own the Maintenance pillar content within MECP
• Support the MECP implementation, ensuring sustainable results through the rollout of the MECP methodology
• Build up technical expertise and leverage and share acquired knowledge throughout the Maintenance operations community

Competencies And Skills

• Function – 15+ years experience in maintenance for a manufacturing function
• Relevant University Degree
• Commercially oriented education like MBA or other business degree would be an advantage
• CMMS experience and expertise
• Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc
• Industry – Understanding of the different production and supply chain platforms within industry and their applicability to our business operations
