As the Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp Manager at Crypto Banter, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and managing our community across different communication platforms. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in managing Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord groups, with a strong understanding of the crypto space.

Responsibilities:

Discord and Telegram Management:

• Oversee and manage Crypto Banter's Discord and Telegram communities.
• Foster engagement, moderate discussions, and ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with group moderators for community growth and development.

WhatsApp Community Group:

• Create and manage a new WhatsApp community group for Crypto Banter.
• Establish and maintain guidelines for community participation.

Content Posting:

• Ensure a continuous flow of relevant and engaging content within Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups.
• Collaborate with the social media team and editors to brainstorm and implement new content ideas.

Crypto Product and Service Promotion:

• Develop and execute strategies for promoting Crypto Banter's products and services within the groups.
• Generate innovative ideas for selling crypto products and services, enhancing user experience.

Data Analysis:

• Analyse data related to community engagement, growth, and user behaviour.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and achieve growth targets.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the social media team, editors, and group moderators to align communication strategies.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate community feedback into overall business strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups, preferably within the crypto industry.
