Description

We are looking for a talented DISMANTLING TEAM LEADER to join our team specializing in MANUFACTURING for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA.

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• Ensure the team complies with all HSE requirements related to all activities at the Dismantling Department.
• Ensure the control item (process and process) in the Dismantling Quality Control Plan is done on-time and in full as per the standard and within the specifications and in the stipulated frequency.
• Monitor the daily capturing of downtimes and corresponding failure codes per technician/operator using the tracking tool.
• Track the adherence of the Master Production Schedule on a daily basis. Institute and communicate recovery actions whenever there is a negative deviation from the annual goal.
• Ensure Labor and Material Variances are within the operating limits.
• Ensure dismantling workstations under your guidance are well laid out, labelled, well organized (right item at the right place) and neat at all times.
