• To maintain acceptable efficiency standards of Logistics. Focus on results through meticulous attention to detail. Managing workload, planning and organizing, decision making and scheduling/linking transport.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities
Health & Safety

• Compliance with all EHS guidelines and procedures.

Key Tasks

• Follow the SAP process from start to finish, including invoicing.
• Check SAP daily to ensure clients remain within their credit limits.
• Ensure all loads have the required documentation (SAP documentation, STB Slip, and Weighbridge Slip).
• Respond to all client requests through various communication channels.
• Allocate the correct truck to the appropriate load.
• Report any issues requiring repairs to the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date and completed accurately.
• In the event of any damages:
• Investigate the cause.
• Report findings accordingly.
• Maintain records of incidents and dispatched loads.

Other

• Perform any other related duties in the interest of CEMZA as instructed.
• Work in accordance with the requirements of the Integrated (Environmental and Quality) Management System.
• Follow all instructions and procedures relevant to the assigned operational function and comply with all legal requirements (laws/by-laws), company policies, and practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industry experience will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer skills (word, excel,)
• Safety Mindset: Practice and enforce a safety conscious working

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SAP knowledge (advantageous).
