    Dispatch Manager - DC South Africa

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    These expectations drive my success:

    • I role-model and coach my team on safe behaviours; I respond to, report and investigate hazards, near-misses and incidents.
    • I drive compliance to ensure COR compliance is upheld to the highest standard.
    • I coordinate my function's team, tasks, resources and equipment to deliver accurate and efficient performance.
    • I respond to team queries and solve problems that affect function performance; I escalate issues when I need support.
    • I monitor and update others on KPI performance; I take operational action to influence cost/productivity metrics.
    • I assist my leader with resource strategies and rostering; I inspect team member schedule adherence.
    • I collaborate internally and with 3PL to deliver effective end-to-end operations.
    • I perform administration tasks to support stock integrity and accuracy.
    • I monitor, forecast and plan wages, labor and resources accurately and effectively using Group tools.
    • I lead the COG Way and build a team of engaged Brand and product ambassadors.
    • I manage mine and my team’s HPAs to deliver the Group strategy, and act within our Frameworks.

    My performance is measured on:

    • Safety: Compliance, Lost time injury (LTI), LTI Frequency rate (LTIFR)
    • Overall work rate (OWR)
    • Daily DIFOT performance
    • Productivity
    • Store setup deadlines met
    • Values
    • Team engagement
    • Team retention
    • Team annual leave taken
    • Team succession
