Job Description    

• Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Supply Chain department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Distribution Administrator role, which is based in Perseverance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities    

• Administration support.
• Providing SAP Support.
• Owner Driver files management.
• Owner Driver query resolution monitoring.
• Owner Driver Payment.
• Deduction Reporting.
• Gathering Distribution data and compiling information.
• Generation of Ops reports and statistics.
• Internal customer and 3rd party relationship management.
• Logging, monitoring and ensuring resolution of Ops customer complaints.
• Preparing of presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Matric qualification in Math’s or Accounting.
• Diploma in Logistics.
• Computer literacy skills (MS Office and SAP)
