• Weekly expenses
• FML / OPL / MM Rebills breakdown
• Weekly ordering of fuel
• Monthly report
• Monthly fleet costing report
• Major component failure report
• Motor licensing
• Attend to Breakdowns (punctures)
• Traffic fines
• Accident reports
• Attend to accident damage sites – relay extent of damages
• C O F documentation
• Planning of vehicles for servicing & tyre fitment.
• Cost management (weekly)
• Liaising with Tyre & mechanical vendors
• Monitor onboard tracking systems
• All administrative duties
• Attending to breakdowns - coordinating
• Record daily work done
• Purchasing of goods / spares / materials
• Dealing with queries (Creditors / Debtors)
• People management

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric 
• Computer skills
• Experience working with fleet
