Divisional Finance Manager (Fixed-Term Contract: 3–4 Months) at Tsebo Solution

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Lead divisional financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, cash flow, forecasts and budgets
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and IFRS compliance
• Manage working capital, debtors, creditors and cash flow to protect margins
• Provide commercial insights to operations to improve profitability
• Support audits, year-end processes and ad-hoc executive requests
• Lead and support the finance team, ensuring delivery against tight deadlines

Qualifications    

• CA(SA) preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Financial Management
• 5–8 years’ post-qualification experience in a senior finance or financial management role
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Available to commit to a 3–4 month fixed-term contract
