Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in UI/Web Design with a proven track record of multiple projects (essential)
• Financial services industry experience (desirable) ,
• Formal qualifications :Relevant ITrelated or design qualification,

Duties & Responsibilities

INTERNAL PROCESS

• Determine information architecture or take the lead from an information architect or business analyst to understand process flow.
• Responsible for interaction design that determines how users will interact with products and/or services.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Develop concepts for fresh, structured, engaging interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering.
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of the Design System. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

CLIENT

• Provide authoritative expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and stakeholders in order to ensure that expectations are managed.
