Co-ordination

• Transferring of employees and guests to and from the office and airport.
• Delivering packages/documents to and from the office.
• Ensuring the vehicle is kept in an acceptable condition.
• Ensuring that inspections are conducted frequently to check for any damage.
• Ensuring that all damages to company vehicles are reported to the Transport and Facilities Manager timeously.
• Responding to transport requests from employees and responding to them timeously.
• Communicating with drivers providing them with details timeously.
• Assisting with company transport related to issues in the absence of the manager.

Administration

• Ensuring that the company vehicles are kept in proper running order and that the vehicle is kept refueled.
• Ensuring that all vehicle records are maintained.
• Maintaining and completing log records of all trips
• Ensuring that all expenses are retained and submitted for financial reconciliations.
• Monitoring the vehicle service intervals for all company vehicles.
• Ensuring that company vehicles are dropped off and collected from suppliers timeously.
• Ensuring incident reports and case numbers for vehicles involved in accidents in order to facilitate submissions of vehicles insurance claims.

Requirements

• A National Senior Certificate
• A minimum of 2 years experience within a similiar role
• A valid drivers license and/or PDP
