Job Advert Summary    

• The purpose of the position is to move pallets of stock in different areas of work, shifts and / or areas of work on the site appointment. To operate a forklift for movement of goods into and out of the work area according to instruction. 

Requirements    

• Grade 12 or relevant qualification
• Valid Forklift licence
• At least 2 years forklift driving experience
• Business English: Fluent
• Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays
• Working in extreme conditions

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Operate forklift and move pallets of stock
• Move stock (full pallets and/or cases/units) to and from shelves
• Comply with safety procedures
• Inspect forklift when signing in and out
• Report on all damages
• Take completed pallet to the loading bay
• Adhere to housekeeping and housekeeping rules
•  Assist with stock count (when required)
