Grade 10 or equivalent qualification with at least 1-year relevant experience. A valid driver’s licence with PDP. Ability to handle confidential information. Good interpersonal and communication skill (written and Verbal).
Knowledge of GPG and GDoH Policies and procedures. Knowledge of Legislation and Public Service Regulations. Basic numeracy. Driving skills. Attributes: Time conscious. Reliable. Able to read and write, Ability to work independently and in a team.
Duties :
Drive light and medium vehicle to transport passengers and items (mail and documents). Conduct routine maintenance on the allocated vehicle and report defects. complete all the prescribe records and logbooks with regards to the vehicle and goods.
Render a clerical support/ messenger services in the office. Collect and deliver documentation/mail and related items in the Department.
Copy, package documents to be scanned, bind and fax documents. Keep records of delivered mail. Ensure that there is proper tracking of documents. Assist in the registry. Render a messenger service in the relevant office. Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
