About the job
Role purpose:
- Execution of daily driving for Vodacom Business activities, Client visits, Government visits. Protection of Executive, avoiding threats against assets and people.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Managing the secure transportation of Executives and delegates.
- Identify and prevent any threat against Executives or any assets in transit
- Daily Ad-hoc requests needing transportation of Executives and Collection or drop off of Vodacom Business collateral.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and provide customer service
- Plan routes to optimize efficiency and avoid traffic congestion
- Ensure the safety of passengers and adhere to traffic laws
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues timeously
- Ensuring that deliveries and collections are made timeously and in the best condition
