We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead. The individual will be responsible for team leadership, providing solutions architecture and developing software according to best practice standards and methodologies.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Gather functional requirements
• Develop specifications
• Determine project scope
• Lead development teams
• Interface directly with clients
• Manage external vendors
• Run product demonstrations of completed work to clients and stakeholders

Your experience and skills:

Architecture

• Can create technical specifications, data flows, server architecture diagrams, ER diagrams, API framework documentation
• Follow strict security patterns
• Follow strict architecture patterns
• Some project management skills, preferably in agile

Management

• Ability to manage internal and external development teams
• Ability to cost projects with project managers
• Ability to put a project plan together with project managers
• Ability to articulate solutions well to clients and developers
