ECD Teacher | Morningside | R14 000 - R16 500 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Preschool in Morningside
• Children’s Ages: 2 - 3 year old class
• Working hours: 2 full days per week from 07:30 – 16:30 and 3 half days per week 07:30 – 14:00
• School holiday hours: More or less the same hours required (Schedule to be discussed)
• Duties: Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 2 - 3 years old. Duties include planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities, supporting early childhood development, and encouraging social, emotional, and language skills. Oversees daily routines such as meals, nap time, and hygiene, while ensuring the children’s wellbeing at all times. Maintains clear communication with parents and works collaboratively with staff to support each child’s individual needs.
• Special Requirements: Qualified ECD Teacher or studying towards the necessary qualification.
• Start Date and contract term: Mid April / Beginning of May – permanent
• Salary:  R14 000 – R16 500 per month - depending on experience and qualifications (Gross, before deductions)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
