Work with Ecom team and brands to manage all website campaigns and product launches as well as promos
Coordinate all product campaign shoots (photography and video execution) for website and social briefs
Maintenance of website - Upload banners, product information and images
Maintain and keep newness according to brand specifications and requirements, search and navigation taxonomy, user filters and landing pages
Maintain store information for website. Ensure that store information is always updated and correct
Support to develop and maintain the content calendar and strategy
Managing the set up and planning of promotional tactics onsite including testing the user experience onsite to ensure any issues are dealt with before launch
Managing assets and requesting on time from brands and creating content assets on all landing pages using the website's content management system working with the creative marketing team and external agency team to brief in clear descriptions and deadlines
Ability to identify new content opportunities and proactively bring ideas and innovation to improve the customer experience and aid conversion
Track and report on all website and campaign performance
Manage and support One Stock stores
Tracking and reporting of One Stock store performance
Manage One Stock customer and store queries
Maintenance of One stock product, ensuring selection of One Stock product is enabled and refreshed daily
Requirements:
You will be a key counterpart for our TFG Ecom Cosmetics division, as well as liaising with key brands, working collaboratively to translate their brand vision into relevant content online
Developing strong collaborative relationships across all departments in the TFG group, and within the Cosmetic’s team, working closely with Buying and Planning as well as marketing team
Maintain excellent Foschini Beauty site standards always, through monthly review of the websites and stock and SKU management
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar ecommerce role, preferably retail or brand experience
Experience with Marketing / Trading Calendars, Affiliates, Social media and Ecom platforms
Highly organised and self-motivated with an attention to detail and the ability to prioritise heavy workloads effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong negotiation ability
Proactive and positive approach to problem solving
Ideas-driven and results focussed with the initiative to see these ideas through to fruition
A dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills
