Minimum Requirements:

• Completed eCommerce-related tertiary qualification/ certification.
• 6 or more years of experience as an eCommerce Manager.
• Prior experience working in or managing eCommerce operations in international markets demonstrates the ability to navigate global complexities.
• Extensive Shopify and Amazon experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build an eCommerce strategy focusing on driving new revenue streams for the business.
• Ensuring the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organisation’s standards.
• Monitoring and analysing the performance of online activities.
• Create and implement the online marketing strategy.
• Use analytics tools to track online marketing trends.
• Collaborate with content developers and web designers to create and maintain a rich and engaging online experience.
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting.
• CRO Testing.
