• Proven experience in the retail sector.

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of AI and personalization tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

eCommerce Strategy Formulation and Management

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to drive online sales.
• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to improve website performance.
• Prepare and manage the financial year budget for the online store.
• Monitor logistics and packaging to ensure efficient online deliveries.
• Optimize the use of AI and personalization tools.

Driving and Monitoring Online Sales

• Implement and monitor a digital sales funnel and customer journey.
• Drive website traffic through SEO.
• Develop and optimize landing pages and content.
• Conduct high-level campaign analysis and competitor monitoring.
• Manage and grow the customer database.

Ecommerce Development

• Oversee website development and optimization.
• Maximize online conversions and reduce cart abandonment.
• Ensure mobile optimization and improve online merchandising.

Reporting and Analysis of Online Sales

• Provide clear and effective data summaries and analysis.
• Prepare regular sales analysis reports for online, in-store, and trade.
• Evaluate metrics affecting website traffic and performance.
• Prepare internal reports to provide insight into e-commerce performance.
