Ecommerce / Online Sales Manager (Omnichannel and Pure Player Key Accounts) at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

The Role

Our client – a multi-national leader in consumer goods and manufacturer of some of the most loved brands in the world is recruiting for an ECommerce Manager. They require candidates with strong FMCG Online experience – must have in-depth understanding of Shoppers, E-Commerce and Customers (Omnichannel and Pure Players) - strong negotiation and customer relationship skills required for this role since you will take ownership of the entire ECommerce Channel and play an integral role in ensuring profitable growth for the company.

• Take ownership of the development and execution of the online sales strategy to support business growth.
• Develop relationships with Pureplay Online Retailers and Omni Channels.
• Deliver the e-commerce turnover through the agreed promotional plan, content management, e-ranging, e-merchandising as well as internal e-commerce capability building.
• Managing existing and new clients - this will include joint business planning, trading term negotiation, annual grids, pricing and promotional grids.

Non Negotiable:

• Degree / 3 year qualification
• At least 5 years in setting up E Commerce / Managing E Commerce customers
• FMCG experience

You will have complete ownership to manage the planning and execution of the total online retailer ecommerce strategy and report directly to the Sales Director.
