In this role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities that will keep you on your toes.
Starting with providing active support to the HSE Manager, ensuring the enforcement of the HSE Plan on site. Reviewing and verifying DSTIs, acting as OHS, and guiding contractors to comply with the project’s EMPrs.
Monitor and control contractors’ adherence to the Project Schedule and milestone dates and collecting daily diaries to monitor progress will be required of you.
Bring QA/QC support and involve ensuring the correct design implementation, supporting the EPC Engineer.
Interact with stakeholders and effectively communicate company values and objectives on-site, fulfil reporting obligations, and manage interactions with various parties involved in the project.
All of this will be reported directly to the Site Construction Manager daily or weekly.
What you’ll need
You should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical site or construction operations, with at least 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. A BTech or BSc (Diploma minimum) in Electrical Engineering is required, with substantial exposure to these fields over the years.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of regulations, experience in managing multiple projects, proactive and intercultural competence and enjoy site.
