Compiling and preparing electrical design documentation for various building services projects (MV/LV reticulation, lighting & small power requirements, wireways for other services)
Compiling or preparing electronic design documentation for various building services projects (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, fire detection, PA/voice evacuation systems)
Management and contract supervision of Building Services projects
Report writing
Compiling of technical specification and Bills of Quantities
Preparing contract documentation
Liaising with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover phase
Requirements:
BSc/BEng or BTech degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the electrical building services industry
Proven experience working in the consulting engineering field
Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng registration with ECSA or eligible to register professionally
