Job Description

• A mechanical and electrical consulting engineering firm in Centurion is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their Building Services team.

You will work across the full electrical building services spectrum, including:

• Electrical building services design — power distribution, lighting, standby power, and UPS systems
• Building Management and Control Systems (BMCS)
• Energy efficiency and sustainability solutions
• Renewable energy systems and backup power systems

Requirements: 

• BSc Eng (Electrical) or BEng (Electrical)
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Candidate Engineer
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical building services engineering
• Proven experience across hospitals, retail developments, data centres, office buildings, mixed-use developments, hotels, and/or sports facilities
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and electrical design software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team
