Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing concept and detailed designs;
• Preparation of technical documentation and reports;
• Interfacing of designs with other disciplines e.g. civil, structural and architectural;
• Use of international and local design standards and codes of practice;
• Interfacing with suppliers of mechanical equipment;
• Quality assurance (factory and site)
• Safety and environment;
• Liaison with clients and other consultants;

Qualifications

• BEng / BTech Eng (Mechanical)
• Registered with ECSA as candidate
• Minimum 3 + years’ experience within a consulting engineering environment;
• Proficiency in the following software: Loadest; Carrier heat / Equal load estimating programmes; AutoCAD and Revit
• Personal Attributes: Independent worker, deadline orientated, committed and driven individual, able to lead and support a professional team.
