Certificate of qualification as an Enrolled Nurse. Enrolment with the South African Nursing Council and valid SANC receipt. Knowledge of all legislation relevant to health care service.
Be able to work under the direct supervision of the professional nurse. Will work night shifts and public holidays. Be prepared to rotate according to SOP. Current SANC registration.
Duties :
Incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the professional nurse in the area where allocated. The provision of nursing care according to the scope of practise of nurses for his/her category will be his/her responsibility.
Adherence to the principles of nursing practise according to the scope of practice, all quality assurance standards as well as set rules and standards of nursing in his/her area.
