The ERP Specialist will be responsible for all master data entry within the ERP system. This includes but is not limited to creating, maintaining, reviewing, or updating activities surrounding Material Masters, Customer Masters, Vendor Masters, Purchase Requisitions and Sales Order Entry.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Identify and document the mandatory data fields required for creation of the Vendor Master, Customer Master, and Material Masters and translate into a Work Instruction.
Create work instructions which identify the mandatory fields to be populated when creating maintaining or updating Sales Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
Review and update existing master data as needed Review and update related Work Instructions as needed
Process approved quotes/ proposals in SAP
Update SAP Sales Orders in accordance with Price changes
Update SAP Sales Orders upon receipt of approved Stability Protocols
Support Entries for IRT Billing
Create and manage master data entry for Materials, Customer & Vendors
Generate Purchase Requisitions as well as project related Purchase Orders
Maintain Smartsheet entries
Run system reports as needed
Adhere to set safety standards
Comply with cGMP guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred
1-3 years in experience in data entry of computer systems
Experience in working in SAP or similar ERP system
Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong ability to contribute and function in a team environment
Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Project and Excel
Must have the ability to work effectively and independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
