Job Description

• Global Markets operations teams seeks to appoint an Equity SME to assist management in ensuring that a robust control environment is maintained.
• The role will require you to manage and improve performance, productivity and efficiency of the Equity team through the implementation of effective and efficient processes and control.
• This role is suited to a candidate with a B degree in business or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification, JSE RPE exams will be an advantage.

A general understanding of Securities Borrowing and Lending, Collateral and Custody process to settle transactions would be preferred. 5 years financial market experience and 3 years’ experience in a banking environment is also essential.

Education

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
