You will coordinate, monitor, and report on all ESG and sustainability projects across the organisation, supporting Africa. Acting as the central hub for project tracking, milestone management, and reporting, the role ensures alignment with ESG commitments, corporate priorities, and regulatory standards.
A results-driven, analytical professional with a collaborative mindset will thrive in this role, advancing the organisation’s ESG and sustainability impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, or related field (advantageous).
5+ years’ experience in project management and/or ESG-related roles in the FMCG/Food industry.
Knowledge of ESG frameworks, metrics, and reporting.
Strong project management skills (PMP certification a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in Asana, Smartsheet, Power BI, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver Corporate Affairs initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
Maintain centralised project tracking and governance routines.
Identify risks, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
Consolidate and analyse ESG data to produce dashboards and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with global ESG frameworks and disclosure standards.
Foster strong relationships across internal teams, external partners, and service providers.
Support leadership with planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication.
