eStore Finance Controller at Samsung Electronics

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• Timely approval of daily E-store receipt allocation.
• Approval of E-store Order releases.
• Review and approval of E-store related returns/refund requests.
• Compilation of Refund Execution Schedule.
• Execution of customer refunds on E-store Portal as per approved Execution Schedule.
• Reconciliation of successful refunds and Refund Execution Schedule.
• Daily reconciliation between bank transactions and DPO portal transactions.
• Management of DPO Paygate User Administration for Samsung Employees.
• Management of receipt/refund queries/unsuccessful refunds with DPO.
• Management of E-Store Account open items.
• Daily liaison with Call Centre Office regarding refunds completed.
• Assisting internal divisions with E-store Finance information/reporting.
• Management or processing (any allowed manual submissions) of all E-store related provisions/accruals.
• E-Store finance related reporting.
• Management and enforcement of internal controls and compliance with company policies;
• Other ad-hoc accounting responsibilities; and
• Other ad-hoc HQ reporting and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B Com Degree or equivalent finance qualification.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance environment.
• Good accounting background;
• Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills;
• Experience with SAP (advantage); and
• Strong interpersonal and EQ skills

Assistance with handling of various queries that may exist from assigned departments.
