Plan and coordinate various private and public tours and complete all administration thereof.
Coordinate and oversee event setup, tear down and follow-up processes for programming and collaborative events.
Collaborate and liaise with museum internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties' expectations are met, while leveraging relationships to further advance the organization's mission.
Manage quotes, bookings and billing for events and ensure that all expenditure is within the stipulated budget.
Provide all necessary information to the Events Manager for regular reporting and analysis.
Ensure all events are executed successfully, and all aspects, including catering and entertainment, are properly taken care of.
Create exclusive private tour packages.
Support the Events Manager to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event coordination
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Proven track record of executing successful events.
