In this role, you’ll be at the core of operational excellence, handling various responsibilities crucial to supporting the CEO’s office.
You’ll need to understand how different systems and processes interconnect within your specialized department, offering valuable insights for improving efficiency, compliance, and suggesting solutions to the relevant stakeholders.
Cost reduction will be a key focus, along with providing expert support to specific projects using robust project management principles.
Your tasks will involve overseeing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and meticulously tracking progress.
Effective communication, managing correspondence, and handling confidential information will be vital, serving as a bridge between the CEO and other departments.
Additionally, you’ll need to be prepared to step in for the CEO when necessary, anticipate their needs, and report on performance measures.
This role demands a versatile skill set, combining strategic thinking, strong communication, and a sharp eye for detail.
What you’ll need
This is a highly technical role, you will be supporting all executive decisions and be strategically involved so you need to be a qualified CA(SA), LLB is highly advantages as you will be dealing with complex contracts.
You need to have no less than 5 years’ experience gained at a senior level in private equity where you have gained experience as an Executive Associate doing project management, legal contracts and financial analysis.
