• In this role, you’ll be at the core of operational excellence, handling various responsibilities crucial to supporting the CEO’s office.

• Cost reduction will be a key focus, along with providing expert support to specific projects using robust project management principles.

• Effective communication, managing correspondence, and handling confidential information will be vital, serving as a bridge between the CEO and other departments.
• Additionally, you’ll need to be prepared to step in for the CEO when necessary, anticipate their needs, and report on performance measures.

What you’ll need

• This is a highly technical role, you will be supporting all executive decisions and be strategically involved so you need to be a qualified CA(SA), LLB is highly advantages as you will be dealing with complex contracts.
• You need to have no less than 5 years’ experience gained at a senior level in private equity where you have gained experience as an Executive Associate doing project management, legal contracts and financial analysis.
