Experienced Manager - Audit and Assurance Capital Markets
Assist in reviewing, and providing advice on, reporting accountant’s reports required to achieve compliance with the financial information continuing obligation requirements of the JSE i.e. non-IFRS financial information and pro forma financial information;
Assist in reviewing, and providing advice on, reports of historical financial information, pro forma financial information and forecast financial information, for purposes of inclusion in circulars, prospectuses and pre-listing statements as well as the related reporting accountant’s reports;
Assist in preparing and negotiating comfort letter packages in terms of the International Capital Markets Association and 144A and Regulation A of the SEC;
Assist with preparing and presenting auditor training;
Assist with structuring transactions in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements and the Companies Act;
Assisting with JSE and Companies Act queries.
Qualifications And Experience
Ability to register with IRBA;
Two years of experience as a manager;
An interest in rules and regulations. Regulatory reporting experience is a plus; and
