    Who You'll Work With

Cisco (NASDAQ CSCO) is the worldwide leader in technology that powers the Internet. Cisco is committed to support the digitization of Africa’s communities, businesses, and governments through several initiatives for skills and talent development, innovation and job creation. The EMEAR region is made up of 6 theatres covering 121 countries across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR). The role is focused on PR and media relations for Africa, including social media.
The Cisco EMEAR Communications Team is a world-class team of communicators. We connect and engage with media, analysts, and employees. We are in tune with everything that’s happening around us. We build connections and enable relevant conversations that influence measurable opinions and behaviours. WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference powering an inclusive future for all. We embrace digital, and help our customers implement change in their digital businesses. Some may think we’re “old” (36 years strong) and only about hardware, but we’re also a software company. And a security company. We even invented an intuitive network that adapts, predicts, learns and protects. No other company can do what we do – you can’t put us in a box! But “Digital Transformation” is an empty buzz phrase without a culture that allows for innovation, creativity, and yes, even failure (if you learn from it.)
