External Sales Rep - Transport and Logistics (JB3668) at Kontak Recruitment

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 or more years external sales experience (B2B).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a high-performing team of “hunters”.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their specific transportation needs.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Provide insights and feedback to management for pricing and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of contracted services.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure all sales contracts and agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
