External Sales Representative at Ann Swann Personnel Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products to distributors and end users.
• Foster distributor growth through targeted end-user engagement.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge through training and self-driven research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Generate and pursue customer leads, including cold calling.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and coordinate sales strategies.
• Analyse market potential and track sales performance using CRM software (Skynamo).
• Report insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Actively seek feedback to enhance personal performance and sales results.
• Stay informed on regional trends, opportunities, and events.
• Communicate effectively with internal sales staff to maintain a cohesive sales approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales representative (industry-specific experience not mandatory).
• Minimum qualification – Matric Certificate.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle for daily use.
• Strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
• Highly motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Skilled in tailoring presentations to meet audience-specific needs.
• Open to feedback and experienced in relationship management.
• Willing to travel to outlying areas (Northwest monthly / Zambia quarterly).
