    External Sales Representive

    About the Role:

    • Hire Resolve's client is seeking an external sales representative to join our dynamic team in Brackenfell. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth and expand our market presence through effective outreach and relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
    • Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the industry.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet client needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and address client inquiries.
    • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback using CRM tools.
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and client relationship management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
    • Demonstrable experience in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
