We are currently seeking a qualified F&I Assistant for a busy floor in Somerset West. You will play a critical role in our dealership's finance and insurance operations ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating successful transactions.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Matric
- Previous experience as an F&I assistant within a dealership advantageous
- Strong understanding of financial principles, lending practices, and insurance products.
- Proficiency in using finance and insurance software systems and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Professional certification is mandatory:
- RE5 certificate
- NCA accredited
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist F&I in all duties
- Load finance applications
- liaising with financial institutions
- Assist with KYC & CDD of clients
- Uploading all documents on Seriti for compliance purposes
