F&I Manager at TWK Agri

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Timely process credit applications
• Frequent communication with clients regarding credit application
• Ensure complete transaction files as well as “Weavers”
• Weekly report on the market share per finance department
• Sign finance contracts with client
• Declaration and reporting of cash transactions
• Ensure adherence to all FSB requirements
• FIC reporting daily and monthly
• Reporting of figures to Management as well as sales hits
• Provide feedback on pending deals
• Ensure accuracy of documents / contracts
• Manage monthly sales vs targeted sales in terms of: DIC Actual vs Budget – DOC, Extended Warranty, Service & Maintenance plan, Credit life, Top up, FSP Fee, Tracker, CCV, Smash & Grab, A.P.U,
• Short term insurance, Mechanical Warranty (Used)

Qualifications and Skills 

• Matric / Grade 12
• RE5 certificate
• Minimum 140 credits FETC: Retail Insurance NQF level 4
• Class of business qualification
• Minimum 20 CPD points 
• Relevant product qualifications and training (VAPS)
• At least 3-5 years' experience in a F&I position
• Computer literate
• Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Excellent client service
