Facilitator - Edenvale at Ann Swann Personnel Services

Knowledge and Skills:

• Matric (Minimum)
• Speak, read & write English (an African language will be an advantage)
• Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Organisation/Planning – Plans, organises & schedules in efficient, organised manner. Focuses on key priorities
• Communications – Oral – Communicates well one-on-one, small groups and medium groups. Fluent and good command of language. Keeps people informed.
• Communications – Written – Writes clear and precise documents and emails using appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and spelling.

Responsibilities:

• Training students in a classroom environment
• Practical training on the theory that was taught in the classroom
• Administration of registering the students
• Demonstrate how to climb scaffolding at heights safely, and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• The suited Candidate would need to be comfortable with working in confined spaces.
