Requirement

• To be an ideal candidate, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in property or facilities management, particularly in student accommodation or a similar environment, is preferred.
• You should have an understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety regulations.
• Additionally, you must have experience in budget management and cost control. A driver's license is also required for this position.
