Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the factory operations, ensuring efficient production processes
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, technicians, and production staff
• Monitor production metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the factory

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Computer literate
